The invention discloses a waterproof scratch-resistant plate. The waterproof scratch-resistant plate mainly comprises at least one thermoplastic material, a natural material and calcium carbonate. Wherein the density of the plate can be reduced to 1700 g/cm < 3 > due to the addition of the natural material, the elastic modulus (MOE = Modulus of Elastic) of the plate cannot be reduced due to the addition of the natural material, and the flexural modulus (MOR = Modulus of Rupture) of the plate also reaches the degree higher than 22.
