Landscape hollow glass and manufacturing method thereof
Landscape hollow glass comprises two pieces of glass, spacing bars and molecular sieves, the glass and the spacing bars are bonded and sealed, the periphery of the glass is bonded and sealed, and a closed hollow layer is formed between the two pieces of glass and the spacing bars; after the hollow layer is sealed, a hollow needle head is inserted into the hollow layer from the side surface of the glass, and a special water solution or hydrosol capable of generating color change is poured into the hollow layer through a water pump; and in order to reinforce sealing, the outer side edges of the two pieces of glass and the spacing bar are integrally sealed by one or more of sealant, structural adhesive, a sealing tape and a sealing adhesive tape. The method is simple in technological process, high in mechanization and automation degree, short in production period, high in production efficiency and good in product quality, the service life of the hollow glass can be greatly prolonged, and the functions of the hollow glass can be greatly improved.
一种景观中空玻璃，包括玻璃、间隔条、分子筛、玻璃与间隔条之间粘接密封和玻璃周边的粘接密封，玻璃有两块，两块玻璃与间隔条之间形成一个封闭的中空层；中空层经密封后，利用空心针头从玻璃侧面插入到中空层内，通过水泵将特制的能够产生色变的水溶液或水溶胶灌注到中空层内，为强化密封在两块玻璃与间隔条的外侧边部再采用密封胶、结构胶、密封带和密封胶带中的一种或数种进行整体密封。本发明不但工艺流程简单、机械化和自动化程度高，而且生产周期短、生产效率高和产品质量好，还能大大提高中空玻璃的使用寿命和功能。
