Improved hinge unlocking mechanism
The invention relates to an improved hinge unlocking mechanism which comprises a first hinge plate and a second hinge plate which can rotate relatively, the second hinge plate is provided with a limiting notch, the first hinge plate is slidably connected with a check block, and the first hinge plate is hinged to a handle shifting handle on one side of the check block through a shifting handle pivot. The handle shifting handle comprises shifting plates arranged on the upper side face and the lower side face of the first hinge plate in parallel respectively, the same sides of the two shifting plates are connected through a ridge plate, the shifting plates are provided with hinge holes matched with the shifting handle pivot and auxiliary holes used for shifting the check blocks, and the shifting plates are provided with vertical faces abutting against the surface of the first hinge plate on the inner sides of the peripheries of the auxiliary holes. The outer side faces of the shifting plates are not lower than the surfaces of the corresponding check blocks. The hinge is simple in structure, the two ends of the check block can be prevented from being exposed out of the first hinge plate, the situation that the check block slides in the unlocking direction due to the fact that falling objects hit the check block or a user steps on the check block by mistake, and consequently the hinge is unlocked accidentally is completely avoided, and the product safety is improved.
