Preparation process of zirconium oxide refractory material with high volume density
The invention relates to a preparation process of a high-volume-density zirconium oxide refractory material. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing electric melting zirconium oxide powder; (2) preparing yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide granulation powder; (3) mixing: adding the electric melting zirconium oxide powder, the yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide granulation powder, SiC and nano eta-Al2O3 into a high-speed mixing mill, and uniformly mixing and stirring; (4) pressing to form a blank: pressing the blank into a green body by a cold isostatic press under the pressure condition of 120-150Mpa; and (5) sintering and molding. According to the preparation process of the high-volume-density zirconia refractory material, the process steps are reasonably designed, crystal lattice development of the electric smelting zirconia powder and surface performance of particles are improved through high-purity calcite and heat treatment, defects are eliminated, the electric smelting zirconia powder and yttrium-stabilized zirconia granulation powder are used as main materials, SiC and nano eta-Al2O3 are added, and the high-volume-density zirconia refractory material is prepared. The zirconium oxide refractory material combines the advantages of the electric melting zirconium oxide powder and the yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide granulated powder, and has the advantages of excellent fire resistance, higher volume density, smaller apparent porosity and simple preparation method.
一种高体积密度的氧化锆耐火材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)电熔氧化锆粉体的制备;(2)钇稳氧化锆造粒粉的制备;(3)混料:将上述电熔氧化锆粉体、钇稳氧化锆造粒粉与SiC、纳米η‑Al2O3加入到高速混炼机中混合搅拌均匀;(4)压制成坯:经冷等静压机在120‑150Mpa的压力条件下压制成生坯;(5)烧结成型。本发明所述的高体积密度的氧化锆耐火材料的制备工艺,工艺步骤设计合理,通过高纯方解石、热处理完善电熔氧化锆粉体晶格发育和改善颗粒表面性能、消除缺陷,以电熔氧化锆粉体、钇稳氧化锆造粒粉为主,添加SiC、纳米η‑Al2O3,结合了电熔氧化锆粉体、钇稳氧化锆造粒粉的优点,耐火性能优良,具有更高的体积密度、更小的显气孔率,制备方法简单。
