Preparation process of lightweight bumper SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) material
The invention discloses a lightweight bumper SMC material preparation process, which comprises: mixing and stirring graphene, a dispersant and an additive to obtain a premixed mixed solution, mixing the premixed mixed solution in a pipeline with a confinement pipeline diameter of 0.5-5 cm for 0.5-12 h to obtain a graphene slurry with a graphene mass fraction of 0.5-5%, and carrying out heat treatment on the graphene slurry to obtain the lightweight bumper SMC material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 180-220 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resin and 80-120 parts by weight of a shrinking agent, then sequentially adding 7-10 parts by weight of graphene slurry, 3-5 parts by weight of a curing agent and 2-5 parts by weight of a polymerization inhibitor, and mixing. The graphene is added into the SMC composite material, and the SMC material with high mechanical strength, high tensile strength, high impact strength, high bending strength and high heat resistance is prepared by utilizing a cross-linking reaction between the graphene and the SMC composite material in a curing process, so that the SMC composite material is high in strength and not easy to damage when being used on a bumper.
本发明公开了轻量化保险杠SMC材料制备工艺,所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:先将石墨烯、分散剂和添加剂混合搅拌,得到预混后的混合液,将预混后的溶液在限域管道直径为0.5cm‑5cm的管道中混合0.5h‑12h,得到石墨烯质量分数为0.5‑5%的石墨烯浆料,按照重量份数,将180‑220份不饱和聚酯树脂与80‑120份收缩剂混合,再依次加入石墨烯浆料7‑10份、固化剂3‑5份、阻聚剂2‑5份混合。本发明通过将石墨烯添加到SMC复合材料,利用固化过程中石墨烯与SMC复合材料发生的交联反应,制备高机械强度、高拉伸强度、高耐冲击强度、高弯曲强度、高耐热性的SMC材料,从而使SMC复合材料使用在保险杠上时强度大,不易损坏。
