The invention discloses a construction method of a downcast tube well. The construction method comprises the following steps of well position measuring and placing, drilling machine in place, drilling and hole forming, hole cleaning and slurry changing, well pipe placing, sand filling, well washing and pump placing and water pumping. The main technical requirements of the invention are as follows: (1) the wellhead is 0.5 m higher than the natural ground; (2) a well pipe adopts a finished product filter pipe phi 360/300, and the periphery of the filter pipe is filled with mung bean sand; the bottom of the well is sealed by a steel plate; in the drilling process, the specific gravity of slurry is controlled to be about 1.10, the perpendicularity is controlled to be within 1%, a hole body needs to be round and regular, the inclination of the vertex angle of a well body does not exceed 1 degree, the pressure of a water feeding pump is required to be not lower than 2 MPa, and the pump flow is not smaller than 20 m < 3 >/h. In the drilling process, the conditions of water level, mud specific gravity, well wall hole collapse, sand gushing, gas escape and the like are observed and recorded.
本发明公开了一种降水管井的施工方法，包括如下步骤：井位测放→钻机就位→钻进成孔→清孔换浆→安放井管→填砂→洗井→置泵抽水。本发明的主要技术要求如下：①井口高于自然地面0.5m。②井管采用成品滤管φ360/300，滤管周围填充绿豆砂。井底用钢板封底，顶部采用粘土回填。本发明的钻孔直径不得低于800mm，钻进过程中，泥浆比重控制在1.10左右，垂直度控制在1％以内，孔身应圆正，井身顶角倾斜不得超进1度，要求送水泵压不得低于2MPa，泵流量不小于20m3/h。钻进过程中应对水位、泥浆比重、井壁塌孔、涌砂和气体逸出等情况进行观察和记录。
