The invention discloses a flat plate and a suspended ceiling splicing structure. Each flat plate comprises a base body as well as a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are arranged at two ends of the base body, and the first connecting part is matched with the second connecting part of the adjacent plate; the first connecting part comprises a first convex part and a first concave part, the end parts of the first convex part and the first concave part are respectively provided with a first plane and a second plane, and a first connecting surface is arranged between the first plane and the second plane; the second connecting part comprises a second concave part and a second convex part, the end parts of the second concave part and the second convex part are provided with a third plane and a fourth plane, and a second connecting surface is arranged between the third plane and the fourth plane; a gap is formed between the first plane and the third plane and is gradually increased from the surface of the base body to the second connecting surface; and a gap is formed between the second plane and the fourth plane and is gradually increased from the surface of the base body to the first connecting surface. And the splicing efficiency of the flat plates is high, and no gap exists after splicing is completed.
