The invention discloses a rural couch capable of saving water, and belongs to the technical field of excrement treatment.The rural couch comprises a couch body, a bottom plate arranged on the lower portion of the inner side of the couch body, an excrement groove arranged below the bottom plate and a soil box fixed to the upper portion of the outer side of the couch body, and a defecation opening is formed in the bottom plate; the couch further comprises a vertical conveying pipe and a horizontal conveying pipe, a vertical spiral conveying blade and a horizontal spiral conveying blade are rotationally arranged on the inner side of the vertical conveying pipe and the inner side of the horizontal conveying pipe respectively, and a first sliding groove matched with the odor isolation plate is formed in the inner wall of the defecation opening. When the displacement driving mechanism drives the horizontal conveying pipe to move, the horizontal conveying pipe can drive the odor isolation plate to move along the first sliding groove so as to open and close the defecation opening. By the adoption of the device, waste of rural water resources can be avoided, and discharge of sewage can be reduced.
