The invention relates to a derrick lifting driving device and a floor rocker derrick lifting frame.The derrick lifting driving device comprises a vertical frame, a first pulley, a second pulley, a supporting rod, a sliding rod and an upward pulling rope, the vertical frame is a frame body composed of a top plate, a bottom plate and two side plates, and the two ends of the sliding rod are slidably connected with the two side plates; the bottom end of the sliding rod is connected with the sliding rod, the top end of the sliding rod vertically penetrates through the top plate upwards and is used for being connected with a lifting trolley, the first pulleys are fixed below the top plate side by side, and the second pulleys are fixed on the sliding rod side by side. One end of the pull-up rope is fixed on the top plate after bypassing the first pulley and the second pulley in a vertically staggered manner, and the other end is led out from one side of the vertical frame. Compared with the prior art, the device has good mountain transportation and assembly applicability, and the ultrahigh derrick can be assembled and lifted.
