Quick-setting early-strength molded wood board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a quick-setting early-strength molded wood board. The quick-setting early-strength molded wood board comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-600 parts of magnesium sulfate, 750-900 parts of magnesium oxide, 1000 parts of wood flour, 0.2-1 part of an emulsifier, 0.2-2 parts of a dispersant and 500-1000 parts of water. The water-based paint further comprises 15-80 parts of soda ash type magnesium sulfate and 5-30 parts of nano silicon dioxide. And 0.5-5 parts of a functional filler. Nano silicon dioxide is used as a nucleating agent of basic magnesium sulfate; the addition of the nano silicon dioxide loaded with the seed crystal significantly increases reaction active sites, accelerates the early hydration reaction process, and promotes the interlaced growth of basic magnesium sulfate crystals to form a net structure. As the grain size of the seed crystal is small, hydration can be remarkably accelerated, the setting time can be shortened, the early strength can be improved by adding a small amount of the seed crystal, and the rapidly-formed wood board with excellent performance can be obtained.
本发明提供了一种快凝早强成型木质板材的制备方法,该快凝早强成型木质板材的原料包括以下重量份数的组分:400~600份硫酸镁、750~900份氧化镁、1000份木粉、0.2~1份乳化剂、0.2~2份分散剂、500~1000份水;还包括15~80份纯碱式硫酸镁、5~30份纳米二氧化硅;还包括0.5~5份功能填料;本发明采用纳米二氧化硅作为碱式硫酸镁的成核剂;负载有晶种的纳米二氧化硅加入显著增加反应活性位点,加快早期水化反应进程,促进碱式硫酸镁晶体相互交错生长形成网状结构。由于晶种粒径小,且晶种少量加入就可显著加速水化,缩短凝结时间,提高早期强度,得到快速成型且性能优异的木质板材。
