Colorful degradable sand barrier and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding pigment printing paste, a stiff finishing agent and a strong protective agent into a tank, adding water, stirring and dispersing, adding a catalyst before use, and stirring and dispersing uniformly again; the dyeing finishing liquid in the tank is poured into a mangle expression tank, the rayon or polylactic acid fiber sand barrier is soaked for 2-3 min, the rayon or polylactic acid fiber sand barrier is taken out of the mangle expression tank, two times of soaking and two times of rolling are carried out, and the mangle expression is 75-100%; pre-drying for 3-5 minutes by hot air at 110 DEG C, and baking for 60-120 seconds at 150-160 DEG C to obtain the colored degradable sand barrier. The colored sand barrier is laid in various complex environments such as deserts and dust-containing engineering, the colored sand barrier is pressed into soil by about 20-25 cm along the longitudinal center line of the sand barrier through a sand barrier laying machine, the surface of the sand barrier is exposed by about 20-25 cm, the colored sand barrier is erected, and laying of the colored sand barrier is achieved; after 2-3 years, the finishing agent is degraded, part of the earth surface is covered after the sand barrier lodging, sand fixation and soil conservation are achieved, and a good environment is created for growth of organisms; meanwhile, rayon and polylactic acid can be naturally degraded into elements such as N, P and C, and nutrients are provided for plants.
