The supporting plates are arranged between every two adjacent bases, the lower ends of the second railings are rotationally arranged in mounting holes of the supporting plates, and the upper ends of the second railings are connected through connecting structures. By arranging the first transmission structure, when a vehicle collides with the guardrails, the first handrail can rotate in the normal running direction of the vehicle, the second handrail is driven by the second transmission structure to rotate, and therefore the vehicle is straightened; and meanwhile, the first elastic piece and the buffer ring can buffer the impact force of the vehicle, so that the vehicle is prevented from rushing out of the guardrail or impacting a reverse road.
