The invention relates to a soil-squeezing hole-forming and pile-forming method for a threaded pile. A soil squeezing drilling tool with a spiral soil squeezing body is utilized, and the method comprises the following steps that in a soil squeezing hole forming process, a soil body uploading channel is narrowed through the spiral soil squeezing body, normal uploading of a soil body is hindered, part of retention is formed, and the retained soil body is forced to fill a groove in the pile hole wall; in the pile forming process, the upper interface of concrete in a pile body hole is always kept 1.0-1.3 m higher than the bottom end of a soil squeezing drilling tool in the drill lifting and concrete pouring process, a diameter expanding block buried in the concrete is squeezed into a spiral groove in the pile hole wall, the spiral groove is opposite to the drilling rotation direction, and concrete is poured into the groove and the column body pile body hole together. And the rotating soil squeezing drilling tool and the pressure grouting concrete continue to be lifted till the pile top elevation is reached. The method has the advantages that the threaded holes are formed through soil squeezing reasonably, and the bearing capacity of the pile formed through pressure irrigation is higher.
本发明涉及一种螺纹桩挤土成孔和成桩方法。利用带螺旋挤土体的挤土钻具,包括如下步骤:在挤土成孔中,通过螺旋挤土体将上传土体通道变窄,阻碍土体的正常上传,形成部分滞留,迫使滞留的土体充填桩孔壁的沟槽里;在成桩过程中,提钻灌注混凝土过程中始终保持桩身孔内混凝土上界面高于挤土钻具底端1.0~1.3m,埋没在混凝土里的扩径块在桩孔壁里挤压成与钻进旋向相反的螺旋沟槽,沟槽与柱体桩身孔一同灌注混凝土,继续提升旋转的挤土钻具和压灌混凝土直至桩顶标高止。本发明的方法具有挤土成螺纹孔合理、压灌所成桩的承载能力更高。
