The invention discloses an anti-corrosion and anti-seepage settlement type anchor bearing plate which can be applied to an anti-corrosion and anti-seepage anchor rod structure for a building, and the anchor rod structure comprises a plurality of steel strands arranged in an anchor rod hole, a tensioning end anchorage device assembly arranged at one ends of the steel strands and a front anchoring bearing body assembly arranged at the other ends of the steel strands. One end of the anchor rod hole comprises a cushion layer, a bottom plate and a surface layer from bottom to top, and the sedimentation type anchor bearing plate is contained in the tensioning end anchorage device assembly; the settlement type anchor bearing plate is of a bowl-shaped structure, the bottom of the bowl-shaped structure is embedded in the bottom plate, the top face of the bowl-shaped structure is flush with the top face of the bottom plate, an opening is formed in the upper portion of the bowl-shaped structure, and a containing space is formed in the opening and used for containing a tensioning anchorage device of the tensioning end anchorage device assembly. And one end of each steel strand is fixedly locked on the tensioning anchorage device through a plurality of working clamping pieces. Therefore, the problem of upward seepage of underground foundation water along the steel strand can be well solved.
