The invention discloses a pile side grouting construction method for implanting a rock-socketed foundation, which comprises the following steps: after implanting a prefabricated steel pile of the implanted rock-socketed foundation, conveying a high-strength grouting material into an annular space between the prefabricated pile and a surrounding rock stratum through a grouting hose to complete the implanting and anchoring construction of the prefabricated pile. The grouting hoses are adopted as the grouting pipes, compared with the mode that steel grouting pipes are led to a construction platform, more convenience is achieved, operation is simpler, the grouting pipes can be cut out at will according to the needed length, storage is easy, and space is saved. The construction method is simple in procedure, coherent in process and few in needed mechanical equipment, the grouting hose can be repeatedly used, the construction cost is saved, and the construction risk is reduced.
