A recyclable apartment water saving system comprises a water collecting tank and a water source switching mechanism arranged in the water collecting tank. The water collecting tank is provided with a water outlet communicated with a closestool water tank, and the water collecting tank is further provided with a penetrating opening for a tap water pipeline communicated with the closestool water tank to penetrate through and out; the water source switching mechanism comprises a water level lifting assembly and a pressure opening and closing assembly arranged on the tap water pipeline; the pressure opening and closing assembly comprises a shell communicating with the tap water pipeline and a lifting communicating column arranged in the shell and provided with a through hole, and a lifting contact and a compression spring are arranged on the lifting communicating column; the water level lifting assembly comprises an L-shaped lifting block and a buoyancy ball; the lifting block is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the water collecting tank corresponding to the water outlet and located above the pressure opening and closing assembly, and the buoyancy ball drives the lifting block to slide up and down along with water level lifting so as to control opening and closing of the water outlet and opening and closing of the pressure opening and closing assembly. According to the water-saving device, water resources are recycled and fully utilized, and a good water-saving effect is achieved.
