The invention relates to the field of composite insulation boards, in particular to an inorganic particle foamed concrete composite insulation board which comprises a mounting mechanism, an outer insulation board mechanism, a stirring mechanism and a connection reinforcing mechanism. By using the stirring mechanism, the poured concrete can be synchronously stirred when the foamed concrete is poured into the outer protective plate, so that the foamed concrete is poured more uniformly, gaps are not easy to leave in the formed concrete plate, and the heat preservation effect and the overall strength of the concrete plate are further improved; meanwhile, the stirring mechanism is integrally poured into the concrete slab after the foamed concrete slab is poured and formed, and the strength of the poured concrete slab can be further improved; by means of the connecting and reinforcing mechanisms, the outer protection plates which are adjacent left and right and adjacent up and down can be synchronously connected and fixed when foamed concrete is poured, and then the composite heat preservation plates installed on the wall face are connected into a whole, so that the composite heat preservation plates are installed on the wall face more firmly.
