Anti-cracking laminated slab structure
The invention provides an anti-cracking laminated slab structure which comprises horizontally opposite prefabricated slabs and lap joint steel bars located above the two prefabricated slabs, the two ends of the lap joint steel bars coincide with the ends, close to each other, of the two prefabricated slabs respectively, the anti-cracking laminated slab structure further comprises a concrete laminated layer poured on the two prefabricated slabs, a filling gap is formed between the two prefabricated slabs, and the filling gap is filled with concrete. An anti-cracking layer is poured in the filling seam; the laminated slab structure further comprises pulling and closing steel bars connected with the two prefabricated slabs correspondingly, and the pulling and closing steel bars are connected with the lap joint steel bars. According to the method, drilling or reserved drilling is not needed between the two prefabricated slabs, structural damage to the prefabricated slabs is avoided, and meanwhile cracks at the joint of the two prefabricated slabs can be prevented.
本发明提供了一种防开裂叠合板结构,其包括水平对置的预制板以及位于两预制板上方的搭接钢筋,搭接钢筋两端分别与两预制板的相互靠近的一端重合,还包括浇筑在两预制板上的混凝土叠合层,其中,两预制板之间设置有填充缝,填充缝内浇筑有防裂层;叠合板结构还包括分别与两预制板连接的拉合钢筋,拉合钢筋与搭接钢筋连接。本发明在两个预制板之间无需进行钻孔或预留钻孔,避免了预制板结构破坏,同时能够防止在两个预制板连接处出现裂缝。
