Curved surface metal curtain wall mounting and appearance monitoring method based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology
The invention discloses a curved surface metal curtain wall installation and appearance monitoring method based on a BIM technology, and the method comprises the steps: converting a curtain wall drawing into a BIM model, carrying out the three-dimensional scanning of an installed steel structure skeleton through an unmanned plane, obtaining a curved surface coordinate, and feeding back a result to a BIM module; secondary optimization design is carried out on the BIM model according to an actual result of field measurement, and operation errors possibly generated by manual operation are avoided; in the installation process, the unmanned aerial vehicle automatically scans the metal plate which is being installed and feeds back the result to the BIM module, the BIM module compares the difference between the actual installation on site and the model and can feed back the result to the site, and the metal plate with the access is accurately adjusted in real time. The whole installation process can be remotely monitored and operated, field management is facilitated, the production, manufacturing and installation efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile the installation effect of the curved-surface metal curtain wall is guaranteed to the maximum degree.
