The invention discloses a large racing track soft soil foundation filling foam light soil material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The foam light soil material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of cement, 30-40 parts of mineral powder, 30-50 parts of fly ash, 0.1-0.5 part of an instant mixing type composite reinforced foaming agent, 0-0.03 part of a foam toughening agent and 60-70 parts of water. The use amount of the cement is small, the internal hydration heat is low, and cracking of the foam light soil caused by hydration temperature rise is avoided; a small amount of cement reduces the shrinkage rate of the foam light soil, increases the volume stability, and is beneficial to improving the durability of the foam light soil; by using a large amount of mineral powder and fly ash, the volume stability and the later strength of the foam light soil can be improved. A vehicle-mounted mobile intelligent control system is adopted, so that the construction quality of the foam light soil is guaranteed; the method is suitable for large-volume and large-area rapid construction; by means of early-stage modeling refinement and layered and partitioned pouring, multi-point construction and ordered pouring are facilitated.
