The invention discloses pervious concrete prepared from copper tailings. The pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: copper tailings, cement, a water reducing agent and pebbles. The water-permeable concrete is prepared by using the copper tailings as an aggregate source of the water-permeable concrete, the copper tailings are used for replacing cement in equal mass, sulfate released by acidification of sulfides in the copper tailings is fully utilized to excite a large number of auxiliary materials such as fly ash in the cement, more hydration products are generated, and the bonding strength is improved; the economic value of the copper tailings is improved to the cement level, waste is turned into wealth, and harm is turned into treasure. Resource utilization of tailings becomes a consensus of all the society and is also a key direction of cyclic utilization of industrial solid waste resources in China at present. The pervious concrete is prepared from the copper tailings, so that urban economic, safety and environmental burdens can be greatly reduced, the national environmental protection policy requirements are met, and the application prospect is wide.
