Rapid forming preparation method of porous dielectric ceramic with spherical pore structure
The invention relates to a preparation method of porous dielectric ceramic, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing oil-in-water emulsion required by the porous ceramic: respectively adding a water reducing agent, an emulsifying agent and an oil phase by taking water as a solvent, and fully and uniformly stirring for later use; (2) preparing a ceramic suspension and a blank: adding high-dielectric-constant oxide ceramic powder and cement in a certain proportion into the emulsion, fully stirring to obtain a suspension, pouring the suspension into a corresponding mold, and curing to obtain the ceramic blank; and (3) drying and sintering: standing and curing the ceramic blank at normal temperature, drying at 80-120 DEG C for 4-20 hours, and sintering at 850-1380 DEG C for 2-4 hours to obtain the porous ceramic with the spherical pore structure. The high-dielectric-constant oxide ceramic powder is used as a raw material, the cement is used as a curing agent, and the water, the water reducing agent, the emulsifier and the oil phase are used as auxiliary materials, so that the porous dielectric ceramic with the spherical pore structure is rapidly formed and prepared.
本发明涉及一种多孔介电陶瓷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)制备多孔陶瓷所需水包油型乳状液:以水为溶剂,分别加入减水剂、乳化剂以及油相,充分搅拌均匀备用;(2)制备陶瓷悬浮液及胚体:将具有一定配比的高介电常数氧化物陶瓷粉体与水泥加入到上述乳状液中,经充分搅拌制得悬浮液,将其倒入相应模具,经固化后得到陶瓷胚体;(3)干燥及烧结:将陶瓷胚体在常温下静置养护,在80~120°C下干燥4~20小时后,在850~1380°C烧结2‑4小时制得具有球形孔结构多孔陶瓷。本发明通过采用高介电常数氧化物陶瓷粉体为原料,以水泥为固化剂,并辅以水、减水剂、乳化剂、油相,实现具有球型孔结构多孔介电陶瓷的快速成型制备。
