Foamed light soil material for high-sulfate-attack-resistance environment, and preparation and application of foamed light soil material
The invention discloses a foamed light soil material for a high-sulfate-attack-resistance environment as well as preparation and application thereof. The material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of cement, 20-50 parts of mineral powder, 20-50 parts of fly ash, 0.1-0.5 part of an instant-mixing composite reinforced foaming agent, 0-10 parts of a concrete preservative and 60-70 parts of water. The concrete preservative comprises: 60-90 parts of metakaolin; 5-10 parts of barium carbonate; and 5-30 parts of silica fume. In preparation and application, by using a large amount of mineral powder and fly ash or a small amount of preservative, the sulfate corrosion resistance of the cement can be obviously improved, the corrosion resistance of the cement is even better than that of high-sulfate-resistance cement, and the cement is more suitable for underground filling projects such as coastal, saline-alkali, lake and industrial wastewater discharge. The foams are directly blown into the flowing slurry, so that the process is simple and easy to control; the foam and the slurry are mixed by adopting a novel efficient foam-slurry mixer, so that the foam and the slurry can be mixed while being conveyed without consuming power; and meanwhile, the foam is prevented from being broken due to strong stirring, and the stability of the pouring quality of the foam light soil is ensured.
本发明公开了用于高抗硫酸盐侵蚀环境的泡沫轻质土材料、制备及应用,其中材料包括以下重量份的原料制成:水泥20~40份、矿粉20~50份,粉煤灰20~50份、即混型复合增强发泡剂0.1~0.5份,混凝土防腐剂0~10份,水60~70份;混凝土防腐剂包括:偏高岭土60~90份;碳酸钡5‑10份;硅灰5~30份。在制备和应用中,大量使用矿粉和粉煤灰或少量防腐剂,可明显提高其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,甚至比高抗硫酸盐水泥的抗蚀性都好,更适合于沿海、盐碱、湖泊、工业废水排放等地下填充工程。采用直接将泡沫吹入流动的料浆中,工艺简单、易操控;泡沫与浆体混合采用新型高效泡浆混合器,可以边输送边混合,不需要消耗动力;同时避免了泡沫因强烈搅拌而产生破灭,确保了泡沫轻质土浇注质量的稳定。
