The invention relates to the technical field of drainage systems, in particular to an efficient and energy-saving negative pressure drainage collection system which comprises a water diversion part, a drainage pipeline connected with the water delivery end of the water diversion part and an air suction pipeline connected with the air suction end of the water diversion part. The air suction pipeline is externally connected with an air suction pump, and the horizontal position of the air suction pump is higher than the water inlet position of the drainage pipeline. The drainage pipeline is externally connected with a spiral shunting pipeline, and the spiral shunting pipeline is of a spiral structure and is divided into a plurality of branch pipes; the output end of the spiral flow dividing pipeline is connected with a discharge branch pipe, the spiral flow dividing pipeline is vertically connected with the discharge branch pipe, an anti-reverse turnover piece is arranged at the joint of the spiral flow dividing pipeline and the discharge branch pipe, and the discharge branch pipe is externally connected into the confluence cavity; a spiral flow gathering assembly is arranged in the flow gathering cavity, the output end of the flow gathering cavity is externally connected with a discharging main pipe, and the spiral flow gathering assembly is used for guiding water flow into the discharging main pipe. The operation burden of the drainage collection system can be effectively reduced, the risk of damage to operation equipment is reduced, and the energy-saving and efficient drainage effect is achieved.
