The device has the beneficial effects that a trigger plate drives a vibration plate to shake when being impacted, the vibration plate is pulled by a reset spring when shaking, then the vibration plate violently vibrates, meanwhile, the vibration plate impacts the outer wall of a template for multiple times, and meanwhile, a trigger rod is pulled through a tension spring to drive a ball to impact the trigger plate and then return to the original position; and when the inclined rod makes contact with the trigger rod again, the vibration plate is driven to vibrate again, concrete in the formwork is continuously vibrated, then bubbles of the concrete are automatically discharged from the upper end through vibration, a solidified cavity is eliminated, and the strength of the concrete is improved.
