The invention relates to a treatment method for recycling construction waste for environmental protection engineering to a road base, which relates to the field of construction waste recovery and comprises the following steps: a collection step: collecting the construction waste; pretreatment: removing redundant substances on the surface of the construction waste; primary crushing, wherein the pretreated construction waste is put into primary crushing equipment to be subjected to primary crushing treatment; iron separation: iron impurities in the construction waste are separated out by iron separation equipment, and the construction waste which does not contain ferromagnetic substances is reserved; a secondary crushing step: putting the construction wastes after the ferromagnetic substances are removed into secondary crushing equipment for secondary crushing treatment; and a road base filling step: transporting the construction waste subjected to secondary crushing treatment to a road base filling site, and filling. The method is beneficial to efficient utilization of the construction waste, reduces resource waste and effectively protects the environment.
