Steel plate welding residual deformation correction method in steel plate concrete shear wall
The invention provides a method for correcting welding residual deformation of a steel plate in a steel plate concrete shear wall. The method comprises any one of a method A and a method B, the method A comprises the following steps that a plurality of corresponding through holes are formed in a steel plate and a square steel pipe respectively, then H-shaped steel is welded to the two sides of the steel plate, and the square steel pipe is welded to the H-shaped steel. Then a screw rod penetrates into the through hole and is fixed on the square steel pipe, a nut is sleeved on each of the two sides of the steel plate on the screw rod, the steel plate is restored to a non-deformed position by screwing the nut on the deformed side of the steel plate, and the nut on the other side of the steel plate is tightened; and the nuts are sequentially adjusted until the maximum residual deformation of the steel plate is smaller than a construction allowable value. According to the method B, the mounting positions of the first and subsequent square steel pipes and the screws are determined by taking the current maximum deformation position of the steel plate as the reference, and the deformation of the steel plate is corrected by adopting the same steps as the method A. The correction method is convenient to construct and cannot damage the steel plate.
本发明提供一种钢板混凝土剪力墙中的钢板焊接残余变形矫正方法,包括方法A和方法B中任意一种。其中,方法A包括以下步骤:分别在钢板和方钢管上开设若干个相对应的通孔,接着在钢板的两侧焊接H型钢,并将方钢管焊接在H型钢上。然后在通孔中穿入螺杆,将螺杆固定在方钢管上,并在螺杆位于钢板的两侧分别套设一螺母,通过拧动位于钢板变形一侧的螺母以使钢板恢复到未变形时的位置,并拧紧钢板另一侧的螺母,依次调节螺母直至钢板的最大残余变形小于施工允许值。方法B则以当前钢板变形最大位置为基准,确定第一根及后续方钢管与螺杆的安装位置,并采取与方法A相同的步骤矫正钢板的变形。该矫正方法施工方便且不会对钢板造成损伤。
