The invention provides a method for preparing Portland cement clinker by using multi-source nonferrous metallurgical ash. The method comprises the following steps: respectively crushing and grinding limestone, shale, sandstone and multi-source nonferrous metallurgical ash until the screen residue of a 75-micron sieve is less than 10%; taking 80-84 parts by weight of limestone, 6-11 parts by weight of shale, 5-10 parts by weight of sandstone and 2-5 parts by weight of multi-source nonferrous metallurgical ash for mixing and homogenizing after grinding; and putting the homogenized cement raw material in an environment of 1300-1350 DEG C for clinker firing, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes after the target temperature is reached, discharging, and quenching in air to obtain the Portland cement clinker.
