The invention discloses a road accumulated snow removing device which is mainly structurally characterized in that a snow removing device chassis is hung on the front portion of a vehicle body through a coupler, the snow removing device chassis is connected with a snow collecting shovel through a hydraulic cylinder, and a spiral auger blade is arranged in the snow collecting shovel through a transmission shaft. A snow melting box, a thrower, a snow conveying pipe, a gas tank, a water collecting tank, a water pumping motor, a transmission wheel and a water pump are arranged on the snow cleaning device chassis, universal wheels are arranged on the two sides of the front end of the bottom of the snow cleaning device chassis, and a sweeping rolling brush is arranged on the rear side of the bottom of the snow cleaning device chassis. A cab is arranged on the front portion of the vehicle body and can control accumulated snow collecting, sweeping, melting and water pumping operation, and a water storage tank arranged on the vehicle body is connected with a water pump through a water conveying pipe and then can melt the removed accumulated snow into water to be discharged.
