Anti-seismic system for improving bearing and damping capacity of underground comprehensive pipe gallery
The invention discloses an underground comprehensive pipe gallery bearing and damping capacity enhancing anti-seismic system which comprises concrete reinforcement pipes and a pipe gallery which are poured underground, a plurality of rails are installed at the upper ends of concrete sleepers, bearing strips are fixed to the positions, right opposite to the rails, of the pipe gallery in an embedded pouring mode, and assembling grooves are formed in the bottom faces of the bearing strips. The upper ends of the rails are slidably mounted in the assembling grooves, a plurality of first damping plates are mounted between the fixing plates of the side plates through bolts, and a plurality of second damping plates are mounted between the fixing plates at the top. The pipe gallery is simple in structure, the concrete reinforcement pipes are arranged outside the pipe gallery, the load of the concrete reinforcement pipes acts on the concrete reinforcement pipes, damage to the pipe gallery is avoided, the first damping plate and the second damping plate can effectively buffer vibration on the two sides and vibration up and down, and the service life of the pipe gallery is prolonged. And vibration of the pipe gallery can be uniformly transmitted to the concrete reinforcement pipes through the rails and the concrete sleepers, and vibration acting on the pipe gallery is further reduced.
本发明公开了一种地下综合管廊承载减震能力增强抗震系统,包括浇筑于地下的混凝土钢筋管和管廊,所述混凝土轨枕的上端安装有多根铁轨,管廊正对于铁轨处均嵌入式浇筑固定有承重条,承重条的底面上设有装配槽,铁轨上端滑动安装于装配槽中,侧板的固定板之间均通过螺栓安装有多块第一减震板,顶部的固定板之间安装有多块第二减震板。本发明结构简单,管廊的外部设有混凝土钢筋管,其荷载作用在混凝土钢筋管上,避免了管廊的损坏,且通过第一减震板和第二减震板能有效的对两侧和上下振动起到缓冲的作用,通过铁轨和混凝土轨枕能将管廊的振动均匀的传递到混凝土钢筋管上,进一步的降低作用在管廊上的振动。
