The invention provides a pedal assembly, a scaffold ladder and a using method thereof.The pedal assembly comprises a pedal and a pair of supporting cross rods which are parallel to each other and horizontally arranged below the pedal, and sliding rails are fixedly arranged on the lower surfaces of the two ends of the pedal; sliding blocks in sliding fit with the sliding rails and positioning pieces used for positioning the sliding blocks are arranged at the two ends of the sliding rails, and the sliding blocks are detachably connected with the supporting cross rods through connecting mechanisms. The scaffold ladder comprises a frame body and a pedal assembly, a pair of inclined supporting rods are arranged on the frame body, the pedal assembly is adopted, and the two ends of a supporting cross rod of the pedal assembly are detachably installed on the inclined supporting rods. The pedal assembly can be directly connected with the inclined supporting rod, it is guaranteed that the pedal is horizontal, meanwhile, the pedal assembly does not need to be installed through a hanging piece, the supporting transverse rod and the inclined supporting rod are directly connected through the scaffold lock catch, installation is more convenient, and the pedal assembly can adapt to the inclined supporting rods with various inclination angles and can be repeatedly used.
