Tunnel construction method for karst geology
The invention relates to a karst geology tunnel construction method which comprises the following steps: exploring a to-be-excavated soil body to obtain the information of a karst cave in the soil body; excavating a soil body to form a tunnel penetrating through the karst cave, and constructing corresponding to the tunnel to form a primary lining; a drainage pipe is pre-buried in the bottom of the karst cave, and a grouting pipe is led into the top of the karst cave; and slurry is prepared, the slurry is injected into the karst cave through the grouting pipe to fill the karst cave, and water in the karst cave is discharged outwards through the drainage pipe. The problems that a traditional treatment mode is long in construction period and high in construction cost are effectively solved, the filling material can be rapidly cured by improving the filling material, the tunnel is not affected, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction progress is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种岩溶地质的隧道施工方法,包括如下步骤:对待开挖的土体进行勘探,以获取土体中溶洞的信息;开挖土体以形成穿过溶洞的隧洞,并对应隧洞施工形成初衬;于溶洞的底部预埋排水管,于溶洞的顶部通入注浆管;制备浆料,将浆料通过注浆管注入溶洞内以填充溶洞,且溶洞内的水通过排水管向外排出。本发明有效地解决了传统处理方式工期漫长且施工成本高的问题,通过改良填充材料,以使得填充材料能够快速固化,且不会对隧道产生影响,提升施工效率,降低施工成本,保证施工进度。
