The invention provides a method for quantitatively controlling water leakage of a seasonal water delivery open channel slope in a cold region. A plurality of water collecting wells are arranged in a water delivery open channel provided with longitudinal and transverse drainage pipes in the channel trend, the distance between the water collecting wells is determined according to the seepage collection flow and pumping displacement balance principle, the water collecting wells are communicated with the transverse drainage pipes, a submersible pump is placed to conduct continuous pumping drainage operation on leakage water in the transverse drainage pipes of the channel, and meanwhile a pumping drainage flowmeter is installed; and a post-membrane water level observation pipe is buried between the water collecting wells to obtain post-membrane water level data. And a fitting model of the post-membrane water level, the channel operation water level and the water-collecting well pumping displacement is constructed based on the obtained data, the optimal daytime pumping displacement of the water-collecting well in different periods is determined by combining the post-membrane water level threshold, the operation period water level and the fitting model which enable the slope to be stable, and water pumping operation is conducted based on the determined optimal daytime pumping displacement. From the perspective of disaster reduction, an accurate and quantitative solution is provided for improving the operation safety of the channel engineering.
本发明提供一种定量控制寒区季节性输水明渠边坡渗漏水的方法。在已设置纵横向排水管的输水明渠沿渠道走向布置若干集水井,集水井间距按渗流汇集流量与抽排量平衡原则确定,集水井与横向排水管联通,放置潜水泵对渠道横向排水管内的渗漏水进行连续抽排作业,同时安装抽排流量计;在集水井间埋设膜后水位观测管以获取膜后水位数据。基于获取的数据构建膜后水位、渠道运行水位、集水井抽排量的拟合模型,结合使边坡稳定的膜后水位阈值、运行期水位和拟合模型确定不同时期集水井的最优日间抽排量,基于确定的最优日间抽排量进行抽水作业。本发明从减灾角度出发,为提升渠道工程运行安全提供了精准量化的解决方案。
