Nano cellulose/cellulose ether composite reinforced cement material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to a nanofiber reinforced cement material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, a raw material containing plant cellulose is coarsely prepared and purified to obtain a nanocellulose prefabricated solution; (2) preparing cellulose ether liquid from the nano cellulose prefabricated liquid; (3) adding hydroiodic acid into the cellulose ether liquid, uniformly mixing, and spray-drying to obtain a nano cellulose/cellulose ether composite material; (4) the nanocellulose/cellulose ether composite material is uniformly mixed with concrete to obtain the nanocellulose/cellulose ether composite reinforced cement material, namely a cement board, a cement pipeline or a cement brick, waste paper is used as a cellulose source, and the nanocellulose/cellulose ether composite reinforced cement material has the characteristics of being green and environment-friendly; the water-retaining property is good, cracking is prevented, the material performance is good, and the strength is high; the problem of agglomeration of the nano cellulose in the concrete is solved.
