The high-strength recycled concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts of cement, 20 to 30 parts of coal gangue, 150 to 180 parts of recycled aggregate, 120 to 150 parts of machine-made sand, 10 to 15 parts of retarder, 70 to 80 parts of water and 15 to 20 parts of cement enhancer, wherein the retarder is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of zinc borosilicate, 10 to 12 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 18 to 25 parts of calcium formate, 18 to 25 parts of calcium bromide, 12 to 16 parts of urea, 3 to 5 parts of isopropanol and 3 to 5 parts of sulfobutyl-beta-cyclodextrin; the recycled aggregate is prepared from crushed construction waste, and the particle size of the recycled aggregate is 10-30 mm. The high-strength recycled concrete provided by the invention has the characteristics of good environmental protection property and high strength, and the use amount of cement in the concrete can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种高强度再生混凝土,包括按重量份数计的如下成分:水泥70‑80份、煤矸石20‑30份、再生骨料150‑180份、机制砂120‑150份、缓凝剂10‑15份、水70‑80份、水泥增强剂15‑20份;其中,缓凝剂包括按重量份数计的如下成分:硼硅酸锌20‑30份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠10‑12份、甲酸钙18‑25份、溴化钙18‑25份、尿素12‑16份、异丙醇3‑5份、磺丁基‑β‑环糊精3‑5份;所述再生骨料采用粉碎建筑废弃物制备而成,其粒度为10‑30mm。本发明提供的高强度再生混凝土,具有环保性好、强度高的特点,可减少混凝土中水泥的用量。
