The invention discloses an air relay girder erection construction method which comprises the steps that a first precast beam is erected on an Nth span, and the step of erecting the first precast beam on the Nth span comprises the substeps that a first beam transporting vehicle and a second beam transporting vehicle transport the first precast beam to a beam of an (N-1) th span, and a first crane and a second crane drive into the Nth span; a detacher on the first crane is connected with a first lifting appliance at the second end of the first precast beam, and the second end of the first precast beam is lifted by the first crane; the second beam transporting vehicle runs away, and the first beam transporting vehicle runs towards the Nth span by a preset distance; the detacher on the second crane is connected with the second lifting appliance at the second end of the first precast beam, and the detacher on the first crane is automatically unhooked from the first lifting appliance at the second end of the first precast beam; a detacher on the first crane is connected with a third lifting appliance at the first end of the first precast beam, and the first crane lifts the first end of the first precast beam; and the first crane and the second crane cooperate to hoist the first precast beam to the Nth span.
