The invention provides an internal combustion locomotive snow removal system and an internal combustion locomotive. The internal combustion locomotive snow removal system comprises an air source, a snow blowing mechanism and a snow melting mechanism. The gas source is installed on the diesel locomotive and used for providing high-pressure gas. The snow blowing mechanism is installed on the diesel locomotive and used for blowing away accumulated snow on a steel rail or a turnout, the snow blowing mechanism comprises a blowing pipeline, one end of the blowing pipeline is selectively communicated with an air source, and the other end of the blowing pipeline faces the steel rail or the turnout; the snow melting mechanism is installed on the diesel locomotive and used for blowing a snow melting agent to a steel rail or a turnout to melt accumulated snow, the snow melting mechanism comprises a snow melting agent pipeline and a snow melting agent container used for containing the snow melting agent, one end of the snow melting agent pipeline is selectively communicated with the air source, and the other end of the snow melting agent pipeline faces the steel rail or the turnout. The snow removing system of the diesel locomotive aims at solving the technical problems that in the prior art, snow melting equipment is arranged at a fixed place, construction is tedious, and the railway transportation operation efficiency is low.
