Floor formwork free of wood brace and construction method of floor formwork
The invention discloses a wood-brace-free floor formwork and a construction method thereof. The floor formwork comprises a formwork body, a plurality of keel structures and a plurality of metal frames. The keel structure is in the shape of a strip-shaped cuboid, and the bottom face of the keel structure extends towards the left side and the right side to form supporting edges with the length direction of the keel structure as the benchmark. The metal frame is a rectangular frame formed by welding and fixing a plurality of metal strips into a whole; a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the side surfaces of the keel structure and the metal frame; one side of each metal frame makes contact with the left side face or the right side face of one keel structure, the side of each metal frame is placed on the supporting edge of the corresponding keel structure, and the metal frames are fixedly connected with the corresponding keel structures through a plurality of fastening structures arranged at the connecting holes. Each metal frame is mounted between two mutually parallel keel structures, or mounted between one keel structure and a wall body or a beam template; and the template body is laid above the metal frame.
