The invention discloses a pipe centering device in a sleeve and a construction method thereof.After the device is installed at the end of the sleeve, the intersection point of three adjusting holes of a datum plate coincides with the axis of the sleeve, and when the position of a sliding rod is adjusted, the position of the sliding rod is adjusted through two telescopic rod assemblies which synchronously stretch out and draw back in an equal proportion; due to the fact that the telescopic rod assembly is arranged on the sleeve, the multiple indicating rods arranged on the telescopic rod assembly are always located on a circle with the axis of the sleeve as the circle center, when the multiple indicating rods are attached to the inner wall of a pipe to be installed at the same time, the pipe and the sleeve are coaxially arranged, and the pipe is arranged in the middle of the sleeve. The problem that in the working condition that the pipe is arranged in the middle of the sleeve, a constructor generally observes the installation of the pipe in the sleeve according to experience and naked eyes, and position deviation is prone to occurring is solved.
本发明公开了一种套管中的管材居中装置及其施工方法,该装置在安装于套管的端部后,基准板的三个调节孔的交汇点与套管的轴心重合,在调节滑移杆的位置时,通过同步等比例伸缩的两伸缩杆组件,使得设于伸缩杆组件上的多根指示杆始终处于以套管的轴心为圆心的圆形上,所以,当多根指示杆同时贴合于待安装的管材的内壁时,则管材于套管同轴设置,即管材居中设置于套管中。本发明解决了在将管材居中设置于套管中的工况中,施工人员一般凭经验和肉眼观察在套管中安装管材,容易出现位置偏差的问题。
