The invention discloses a lifting hook module and a lifting beam device.The lifting beam device comprises a rigid lifting beam and a plurality of lifting hooks connected to the rigid lifting beam, each lifting hook comprises a mounting support, a guide rod, a pre-pressing elastic piece, a pre-pressing piece and a lifting piece, and the mounting support is provided with a mounting cavity formed in the gravity direction; the guide rod is mounted in the mounting cavity in the gravity direction; the pre-pressing elastic piece is located in the installation cavity and arranged on the guide rod in a sleeving mode. The pre-pressing piece is connected to the guide rod and abuts against the pre-pressing elastic piece so that the pre-pressing elastic piece can be in a compressed state in advance. The hanging piece is connected to the guide rod and used for being connected with a component. The pre-pressing elastic pieces are arranged in the mounting supports of the lifting hooks, the expansion amounts of the pre-pressing elastic pieces on the lifting hooks can be different in the lifting process, and the horizontal heights of the lifting hooks relative to a lifted component can also be different, so that the condition that the horizontal heights of a plurality of lifting points on the lifted component are inconsistent can be adapted, and the load of each lifting point is balanced; the virtual hanging phenomenon is prevented, and the component is prevented from being broken and damaged by hanging due to virtual hanging of a hanging point.
