The invention provides a preparation method of a high-thermal-conductivity graphite film, which is characterized in that a graphite phase carbonized nitrogen and polyimide composite material is used as a graphite film precursor, and graphite phase carbonized nitrogen is used as an orientation and crystallization inducer to promote graphitization of polyimide in high-temperature carbonization and graphitization processes to prepare the high-thermal-conductivity graphite film. According to the method, the graphitization process temperature can be reduced, and energy consumption is reduced; and moreover, the crystallinity of the graphite film can be improved, the flexibility is good, the thermal conductivity is high, the high heat dissipation requirement of the existing microelectronic industry can be met, the defect that the graphite film is amorphous is reduced, and the thermal conductivity and the mechanical property of the graphite film are improved.
本发明提供了一种高导热石墨膜的制备方法,以石墨相碳化氮和聚酰亚胺复合材料为石墨膜前体,在高温碳化及石墨化过程中,石墨相碳化氮作为取向及晶化诱导剂促进聚酰亚胺的石墨化,制备高导热的石墨膜。本方法可以降低石墨化工艺温度,降低能耗;且可以提高石墨膜的结晶度,柔韧性能好,导热性高,可以满足现在微电子工业的高散热的要求,降低石墨膜无定型态的缺陷,提升了石墨膜的导热性和力学性能。
