Buckling-restrained brace for high pier of bridge
A buckling-restrained brace for a high pier of a bridge aims to strengthen the transverse rigidity of a double-column pier and increase the horizontal load resisting capacity of a pier body, effectively controls earthquake damage of the double-column high pier and has a self-resetting function, and therefore the anti-seismic capacity of the bridge is guaranteed. Outer connecting steel plates and a group of first inner connecting steel plates and second inner connecting steel plates are arranged on the two transverse sides of the X-shaped constraint framework respectively, the inner ends of the first inner connecting steel plates and the second inner connecting steel plates are hinged to the limb ends of the same sides of the first mild steel plates and the second mild steel plates respectively, and the outer ends of the first inner connecting steel plates and the second inner connecting steel plates are hinged to the inner ends of the outer connecting steel plates on the same sides to form a force transmission and energy consumption mechanism; and shape memory alloy springs which directly or indirectly act on the X-shaped constraint framework to enable the X-shaped constraint framework to be reset after deformation are symmetrically arranged in the force transmission and energy consumption mechanism. A main body of the force transmission and energy consumption mechanism is packaged in a constraint steel box for controlling longitudinal and transverse deformation, the middle of the X-shaped constraint framework is welded to the front and rear plate faces of the constraint steel box, and the outer ends of the outer connecting steel plates on the two sides extend out of the constraint steel box to be connected with a bridge pier column.
一种桥梁高墩防屈曲支撑,以加强双柱墩横向刚度和增加墩身抵抗水平荷载的能力,且有效控制双柱高墩的地震损伤且具有自复位功能,从而保证桥梁抗震能力。X型约束骨架的横向两侧各设置有外连接钢板和一组第一内连接钢板、第二内连接钢板,第一内连接钢板、第二内连接钢板的内端分别与第一软钢板、第二软钢板同侧肢端铰接,外端则与同侧外连接钢板的内端铰接,构成传力与耗能机构,在该传力与耗能机构内对称设置直接或者间接作用于X型约束骨架使其变形后复位的形状记忆合金弹簧。传力与耗能机构的主体封装在控制其纵向、横向变形量的约束钢盒内,X型约束骨架中部与约束钢盒前后板面焊接,两侧外连接钢板的外端延伸出该约束钢盒与桥梁墩柱连接。
