The construction method has the advantages that the construction efficiency is high, and the construction period can be completed within the specified period; according to the construction method, the mold bag concrete is circularly prepared on the paving ship and immersed into water to pave the underwater slope surface, the construction precision is high, and the revetment with reliable quality is formed.
