The moving seat comprises a rotating wheel and a driving crawler belt, the rotating wheel is rotationally connected to the interior of the moving seat, the driving crawler belt is rotationally connected to the surface of the rotating wheel, the angle-shaped supporting seat comprises concave grooves, a moving air cylinder rod, a limiting annular groove, a limiting seat, an abutting rod and a compression spring, and the concave grooves which are symmetrically formed are formed in the surface of the angle-shaped supporting seat. In the using process, the positioning angle can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode through the inclination angle of the ground, weeds and gravel can be treated in a grading mode, and meanwhile the cleaning angle of the cleaning rod can be automatically adjusted through the cleaning depth of the ground.
