The cement raw material grinding aid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of triisopropanolamine, 2 to 4 parts of polymeric alcohol amine, 3 to 9 parts of carbohydrates, 1 to 5 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 3 to 9 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5 to 15 parts of polycarboxylic acid-alcohol amine type compound and 20 to 40 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing triisopropanolamine, polymeric alcohol amine, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and water, heating, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; and adding the polycarboxylic acid-hydramine compound and sodium hexametaphosphate into the mixture, uniformly mixing, adding carbohydrates, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain the cement grinding aid. The cement raw material grinding aid disclosed by the invention has the advantage of improving the yield of cement raw materials through the synergistic effect of the raw materials.
