The invention discloses a far infrared fine ceramic cooker, which relates to the field of ceramic utensils and is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 57.3% of silicon dioxide, 16.2% of aluminum oxide, 0.27% of ferric oxide, 2.21% of calcium oxide, 2.54% of magnesium oxide, 1.054% of potassium oxide, 1.49% of sodium oxide, 3.5% of lithium oxide, 3.9% of zinc oxide, 3.2% of titanium dioxide, 1.4% of strontium oxide and 4.2% of silver oxide. According to the invention, a plurality of inorganic compounds and trace metals are respectively matched according to different proportions, and are calcined at a high temperature of 1200-1300 DEG C to form a special ceramic material which can radiate far infrared rays with specific wavelengths, so that the ceramic cooker can radiate more far infrared rays than normal objects; the infrared radiation rate is higher, the catalytic oxidation function is achieved, under the irradiation of sunlight (especially ultraviolet rays), OH <-> can be generated, cells can be activated, blood circulation can be promoted, metabolism can be accelerated, immunity can be improved, peculiar smells can be effectively removed, the sterilization function is achieved, and the health care effect can be achieved.
