The invention discloses a ceramic filter material for high-temperature flue gas dust removal and production equipment thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic filter materials, the ceramic filter material comprises the following components: 90-95 parts of aggregate, 3.8-6.2 parts of a high-temperature binder, 8-12 parts of a pore-increasing agent, 4.5-5.5 parts of a molding aid, 0.5-0.6 part of a release agent, 4.2-5.8 parts of a thickening agent, 70-80 parts of fiber, 8-10 parts of kaolin, 3-10 parts of a catalyst, and 0.8-1.2 parts of a binder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and grinding aggregate, a high-temperature binding agent, an air increasing agent and a forming aid, adding a proper amount of water, putting the mixture into a pug mill for forming, sintering in stages to form a basic support body of the filter material, adding kaolin, the air increasing agent, a thickening agent and an adhesive into fibers, uniformly mixing, uniformly coating the surface of the support body, and drying to obtain the filter material. The problem that the physical structure and the chemical property of the filtering material are changed when the filtering material is used for filtering strong-acid-base, high-temperature and strong-corrosion flue gas is solved, and the effects of sintering and mixing multiple filtering materials, improving the stability and ensuring the filtering quality are achieved.
本发明公开了一种高温烟气除尘用陶瓷过滤材料及其生产设备,涉及陶瓷过滤材料技术领域,包括以下成分:骨料90‑95份、高温结合剂3.8‑6.2份、增孔剂8‑12份、成型助剂4.5‑5.5份、脱模剂0.5‑0.6份、增稠剂4.2‑5.8份、纤维70‑80份、高岭土8‑10份、催化剂3‑10份、粘结剂0.8‑1.2份。本发明通过将骨料、高温结合剂、增空剂和成型助剂混合均匀并研磨,加入适量水后投入到练泥机中成型,再分阶段烧结,形成过滤材料的基本支撑体,纤维中加入高岭土、增空剂、增稠剂和粘接剂混合均匀,再均匀涂覆在支撑体表面,干燥后在进行烧结,解决过滤材料在过滤强酸碱性、高温和强腐蚀性的烟气时,过滤材料物理结构和化学特性发生变化的问题,达到多种过滤材料烧结混合,提高稳定性,保证过滤质量的效果。
