The invention discloses an equivalent diaphragm wall reinforcement cage anti-floating correction structure which is characterized in that a reinforcement cage body is formed by welding and combining vertical main reinforcements and annular main reinforcements, and the reinforcement cage body is of a cylindrical hollow structure; the steel reinforcement cage body is sleeved with steel base plates, and air bags are arranged between the steel base plates or between the steel base plates and a pit wall. The air bag is further communicated with an air pipe used for inflation or deflation. According to the construction method, lateral pressure is applied to the reinforcement cages through the air bags arranged between the reinforcement cages, the integrity of the reinforcement cages is improved, the positions of the reinforcement cages in the groove pits are fixed, it is avoided that the reinforcement cages are too long and thin to bend and deviate or float due to impact during concrete pouring, and the problems that the reinforcement cages float and deviate are effectively solved; and a secondary pouring procedure is adopted, after primary pouring concrete is condensed, the integrity and stability of the reinforcement cage are further improved, and the upward floating phenomenon of the reinforcement cage is weakened or even eliminated.
