The invention discloses an inner sleeve type beam column full-bolt connection joint and a rapid assembly method thereof. The connection joint is composed of an upper steel pipe column, a lower steel pipe column, a joint column, an upper inner sleeve, a lower inner sleeve, an upper reinforcing plate, a lower reinforcing plate, an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate, a web connecting plate, a steel beam and high-strength bolts; an upper inner sleeve and an upper reinforcing plate are installed on the upper portion of the joint column, and a lower inner sleeve and a lower reinforcing plate are installed on the lower portion of the joint column. The upper flange plate is connected to the end of the upper steel pipe column, the lower flange plate is connected to the end of the lower steel pipe column, the upper steel pipe column is inserted into the upper inner sleeve, the lower steel pipe column is inserted into the lower inner sleeve, and the web connecting plate is connected with the steel beam. By means of the structure and the method, the joint has the advantages of being high in bearing capacity, large in rigidity, good in integrity, clear in force transmission, capable of being produced in batches, convenient to install on site and the like, and can be widely applied to construction of various steel structures, especially assembly type steel structures.
