The ECP extrusion molding outer wall cement hanging plate comprises a first ECP plate and a second ECP plate which are longitudinally arranged on one side of an outer wall, H-shaped steel is arranged between the first ECP plate and the outer wall, H-shaped steel is arranged between the second ECP plate and the outer wall, and the H-shaped steel is fixed to the outer wall through embedded parts; the ECP outer wall, the air layer, the heat preservation layer and the light steel keel gypsum board or the non-masonry inner wall are adopted, all materials are completed in a factory, and assembly is conducted on the construction site; except for gluing, all links are subjected to dry operation, the number of workers is reduced, installation operation is simple and easy to understand, 20-50 square meters of plates can be installed within eight hours according to the construction difficulty of the facade, five persons form a group, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction period is shortened; according to the ECP plate structure, flexible connection is adopted, the self-weight load of the plates is borne by the bearing angle steel, the horizontal load is borne by the Z-shaped connecting pieces, gaps of 5-15 mm are reserved between the plates, and when an earthquake occurs, the plates can be prevented from colliding with one another, being damaged and falling off through staggered movement of the gaps between the plates.
本发明公开ECP挤塑成型外墙水泥挂板,包括两个纵向布置在外墙一侧的第一ECP板与第二ECP板,所述第一ECP板、第二ECP板与外墙之间设置有H型钢,所述H型钢通过预埋件固定在外墙上;本发明采用ECP外墙+空气层+保温层+轻钢龙骨石膏板或非砌体内墙,所有材料都在工厂完成,施工现场组装;除打胶外,所有环节均为干法作业,用工数量减少,安装操作简单易懂,根据外立面施工难度,五人一组,八小时可安装板材20~50平米,施工效率高,缩短工期;ECP板材结构采用柔性连接,板材自重荷载由承重角钢承担,水平荷载由Z型连接件承担,板材之间预留5~15mm的缝隙,在地震时,可以通过板材之间的间隙错位移动,防止板材相互碰撞破坏脱落。
